Frequently Asked Questions
Shipping & Orders
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: All items are made to order. Please allow up to 72 hours for printing and preparation before shipping. Once dispatched, delivery times within Australia are usually 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
Q: Do you ship outside Australia?
A: Currently, we only ship within Australia.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Because items are made to order, we generally don’t accept returns. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement.
Product & Materials
Q: What are your products made of?
A: All items are 3D printed using PLA plastic, which is eco-friendly and biodegradable under industrial conditions.
Q: Are the products safe for kids?
A: While our products are non-toxic, some may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years old.
Q: How durable are the prints?
A: PLA is strong but can be brittle compared to other plastics. Treat your items with care and avoid dropping them.
Q: Can I leave my item in the car or outdoors?
A: We recommend avoiding direct sunlight and high heat. PLA can soften if exposed to extreme temperatures.
Q: Will my item look exactly like the photos?
A: Not always. 3D printing creates visible layer lines and small imperfections, which is completely normal. Every item is unique and may vary slightly in finish or color.
Customerization & Printing
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: At the moment, we only sell the designs listed in our shop. If you’d like something custom, feel free to reach out and we’ll see what’s possible.
Q: Why do the items look slightly different from the photos?
A: Each product is 3D printed on demand, so there may be small variations in finish, texture, or color. This is part of the handmade charm of 3D printing.
